Chasemates – Real-Time Offroad Race Timing
Race timing that keeps working when the signal doesn't. I built the app, the realtime backend and the admin dashboard, then took it to real offroad events to find out where it broke.

A ride-sharing app for the UAE, shipped to both stores. Arabic RTL and English LTR side by side, Mapbox throughout, and payments that had to clear Dubai's review bar.

BitcoinTAF – Crypto Wallet & E-Learning Platform
A crypto wallet with a course platform bolted on. The fun part was writing a custom HLS video player with pinch-to-zoom, which I later open-sourced.

I tore down a slow WordPress site and rebuilt it in Next.js. It went from page 28 of Google US to page 2.

Kenzer – Hybrid POS / ERP Desktop App
A desktop POS that has to feel instant with 100k+ products behind it. I cut startup time by 50x and got receipts printing in about two seconds.
